Rental Terms:
- 1/2 of the payment is due at the time of booking to hold reservation.
- Full payment is due 60 days prior to arrival.
- Damage deposit of $300.00 is due 30 days prior to arrival and will be returned no later than 7 days after departure assuming unit is not damaged. Smoking and Pets in the unit will automatically forfeit security deposit.
Cancellation Policy:
- Reservations cancelled before 60 days will be charged $100.00
- Reservations cancelled before 30 days but within 60 days will forfeit ? of the rental rate unless another renter is located. If another renter is located, $100.00 will be forfeited.
- Reservations cancelled inside of 30 days will forfeit the full rental rate unless another renter can be located.
If another renter is located, $100.00 will be forfeited.
